Salvation

In these times, no place is safe.  Churches have experienced shootings, schools have shootings.  Terrorism has driven a society of fear.  Diseases are running rampant.  The news is full of sad and horrific stories.  Death is never an easy thing to think about but it is something that we all will face eventually in our lives.  Have you ever asked the questions:

If I died in the next second, what will happen to me?  Where will I go?  Will I go to heaven or to hell?

If the Rapture happened in the next second, would I go to be with the Lord or be left behind?

These and other questions should not go unanswered.  We can rejoice in that GOD has made the process of being saved simple and immediate.  There are no lengthy or complicated rituals - just the humble, remorseful, sincere spirit of one looking to make Jesus Christ their Lord and Savior of their life.

Key Verses that highlight the need to make Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior:

  • Romans 3:23:  "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God".
  • Romans 5:8: "For God commended His Love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us".
  • Romans 6:23:  "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of GOD is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord".
  • Romans 8:1: "There is therefore now NO condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
  • Romans 8: 35, 38-39: "Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or or sword?  For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of GOD, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord".
  • Romans 10:9: "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that GOD hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved".
  • Romans 10:13:  "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved".

Don't let this opportunity slip away from you - the next second is not promised to you.  Make the choice to accept Christ as your Lord and Savior right now.  If it is on your heart and you are being led, please say the following prayer:

"Lord, I believe, that you are the Son of GOD.
Lord, I acknowledge that I am a sinner and ask right now that you forgive me for all of my sins
Lord, I believe that you died for my sins, that you were buried and in 3 days, raised from the dead with ALL power in your hands
At this very moment, I am giving my life to Jesus Christ, to be my Lord and Savior.
Lord, I truly thank you for saving my life.  In Jesus' Name, I pray - AMEN!"

CONGRATULATIONS!  You have just made the most important decision in your life.  You have the honor of being a part of GOD's family.   What a wonderful gift!  It is very important that you contact us so that we may celebrate and pray with you.  If you are local, please contact us so that we can arrange for baptism and the official welcoming of you into your new church family.
